Every member receives a fully custom training program built around their goals, lifestyle, and fitness level that evolves as you do.

Members also receive complimentary guidance and ongoing support, such as custom travel workouts, Zoom sessions while away, private gym access, nutrition coaching, and curated local studio recommendations.

Whether you choose private or semi-private training (one coach per two clients), your experience remains personalized, attentive, and hands-on. The only difference is whether you train one-on-one or alongside a friend — the level of care and customization never changes.

Please note that all prospective new members must complete a movement evaluation prior to starting private or semi-private training. This movement evaluation allows me to identify any compensations, imbalances, strengths, and/or weaknesses you may have, as well as observe how you move and process verbal cues, which allows me to further personalize your program. After completion, we will decide together if this is the right long-term fit.
