hi, i’m miles, I’m a personal trainer in greenpoint brooklyn who helps people live healthier, happier lives through movement.

With a Master’s degree and over 10 years of experience working with professional athletes, I know what works — and what doesn’t. My goal with every client is to help you do what you love, do it for longer, and do it while looking your best; because Looking good is rad, but moving well on top of that is really where it’s at.

In addition to coaching clients, I partner with wellness companies and brands, and write and speak on performance and longevity — helping organizations translate movement science into programs people will actually use, grounded in movement, performance, and long-term health.
