8 hours is required for all cancellations and rescheduled sessions without penalty.
cancellations or rescheduled attempts made after the 8 hour mark will result in a loss of credit.
-
clients are responsible for informing miles of any current or past injuries, illnesses, pain, or medical conditions that may affect training.
-
please arrive on time to your scheduled session, this means no more than 10 minutes prior to your time slot, and no later than 10 minutes past.
early arrivals may not be accommodated as space is limited and each client deserves the right to a full hour of dedicated training. you are more than welcome to wait outside the studio or in the lobby.
miles has the right to turn a client away who shows up past the 10 minute mark.

train with miles uses stripe as its billing partner and as such is subjected to their policies, fees and billing software. miles accepts all major payment methods (mastercard, visa, amex) and is preferred over cash payments.
for members, failed payments must be resolved within 48 hours past the 1st of the month to maintain an active membership.
for package and drop in clients, invoices for services must be completed by 6p of the night prior to our scheduled session. failure to complete by this time will result in a forfeit to that session and will be rescheduled at a later date and time, subject to availability.
feel free to reach out if you are experiencing a personal issue regarding billing as I am more than happy to accommodate.

in private training you’ll train with miles individually, in semi-private training you’ll workout with miles and a friend.
regardless, every member will receive their own custom plan, access to miles, and their own dedicated squat rack and weights — no sharing or waiting for equipment.
Since Train with Miles is a limited-membership gym, every member is carefully vetted to ensure your training environment is safe, respectful, and enjoyable! if you every have any concerns please feel free to tell me in person, text, or email me.

i train men and woman of all ages who want to develop a strong lean body without spending more time than they need to in a gym.
I also work with people who want to move well while also looking good. this could include people living with pain on a consistent basis, folks recovering from injury, or people who want to train for long term health.
-
My approach emphasizes proper movement mechanics, progressive overload, and long-term development to ensure that my clients not only perform at their best but also build a solid foundation for lifelong health and performance.
my programming is designed to preserve and enhance athletic qualities — including strength, power, mobility, and joint integrity — while addressing the physical demands of daily life. a focus on injury prevention, movement quality, and sustainable performance ensures clients stay resilient, capable, and confident in and out of the gym.

Please note that all prospective new members must complete a movement evaluation prior to starting private or semi-private training. This movement evaluation allows me to identify any compensations, imbalances, strengths, and/or weaknesses you may have, as well as observe how you move and process verbal cues, which allows me to further personalize your program. After completion, we will decide together if this is the right long-term fit.
