1-1 Monthly Memberships

the most bang for your buck with priority scheduling. memberships also come with the option to add a wellness plan for no additional cost. unused sessions roll over up to one month, members can book up to one month in advance, minimum 3 month committment.

each plan comes with a training, nutrition, and recovery custom built for you, along with personalized videos and associated workout demo’s plus full access to miles for questions and adjustments. you also have the option to book additional live sessions at 25% discount drop in rate ($40 value).
