getting started
how do i book a consult?
easy — just head here. we’ll hop on a quick call and talk goals, your training history, scheduling, and whether 1-1 or small group training is right for you. no pressure, just conversation.
do i need to be “in shape” to train with you?
not at all. most people i work with have some movement background — maybe they’ve done workout classes, have a yoga or pilates practice, or played sports growing up — and are now looking for something more focused and personalized. but with that said, whatever your path has looked like, we’ll build on it together.
what should i bring to my first session?
wear what you can move in (athletic clothing, sneakers) and bring a water bottle (I have filtered water available), and that’s it. i’ve got the rest covered.
pricing & packages
what does it cost?
rates range between $130 to $150 per session for 1-1 training. the full breakdown is on the services page — including packs and monthly plans.
what’s the deal with the memberships?
members receive priority booking over package holders, access cheaper price per sessions, can lock in their time slot(s) long term, and is designed for seamless integration into your life — less counting sessions and worrying about scheduling, more progress.
do you provide workouts or training plans outside of those in-person?
yep. as long as you’re a member or have a package of personal training sessions, whether you’re traveling, want supplementary workouts to do at your home, or would like to do sessions over zoom I’m happy to support whatever you need for no added cost. think of me as your wellness concierge.

what’s your training style?
intentional, adaptable, lighthearted and grounded in science. strength, power, mobility and performance are the pillars. every program is built around what you need — no templates here.
do you offer remote programming?
yes. I always prefer live personal training but if you’re traveling and/or unable to make it into the studio one day I’m happy to pivot and host our sessions via zoom.
what if i have an injury or limitation?
you’re not alone. we’ll talk through it in the consult and make sure your program supports healing and progress — not setbacks.
