by limiting the number of clients i work with, I’m able to be fully present and responsive for questions, progressions, and adaptations to keep you on track around that last-minute meeting, or poor night of sleep

while most personal trainers only work with you for the hour you see them, i take a more holistic approach.

each member receives live training with me, at a frequency of their choosing, along with a fully customized health plan.


clients training plans will be based around their live sessions, you can think of these as “key sessions” —designed to drive adaptations and produce results.

supporting sessions act to complement key sessions, promoting recovery, improving function of various energy systems (improving ability to burn fat at rest, improve metabolic rate, etc), and keeping you stoked by doing things you enjoy —these will promote adherence and drive results faster, if hit consistently.

every session is adaptable and can be adjusted with little to no advanced notice. my goal is to drive adaptations. if your recovery is low but you have a heavy session scheduled I’ll modify to ensure you get the benefits without frying your nervous system, keeping you on track without you needing to do anything.

lastly, your plan allows participation in activities you love; group workout classes, long runs or bike rides with friends, pick up sports, you name it. by baking these into the plan we can monitor load which will make your training even more specific to you —exactly what we do with professional athletes.
